Syrin Labs (“Syrin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Syrin platform, including the Syrin SDK (open source) and Syrin Nexus (cloud platform), accessible at syrin.ai and docs.syrin.dev.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. Please read it carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Account Information. When you sign up for Syrin Nexus or request a demo, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Usage Data. When you use Syrin Nexus, we collect data about agent traces, spans, tool calls, and performance metrics that your SDK sends to the platform. This data is used solely to power the observability features of the service.

Technical Data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and referring URLs.

Communications. If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain those messages to respond to your enquiry and improve our service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Syrin platform
• Process and respond to demo requests and support enquiries
• Send transactional emails (onboarding, account notifications)
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the product
• Detect, prevent, and address security issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

• Vercel - website and platform hosting
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Calendly - meeting scheduling (when you book a demo)

Each provider is contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights and safety of Syrin Labs and its users.

The Syrin SDK is open source and available on GitHub. When you use the SDK in local or self-hosted mode without connecting to Syrin Nexus, no data is transmitted to our servers. Usage of the open source SDK in isolation is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Agent trace data stored in Nexus is retained according to the data retention settings of your plan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access - request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction - request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Deletion - request that your data be deleted
• Portability - request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection - object to processing of your data for certain purposes
